Copyright / DMCA

The words on masturbatetogether.online are ours, and the rest is links. No photo or video file is hosted here. The Start button only links to an outside cam site; nothing that plays there is hosted or copied here. Even so, if you think some part of this site breaches a copyright you hold, or one you represent, let us know. Such reports are handled under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512.
1. How to file a takedown request
Open the contact form and choose “Copyright / DMCA” as the topic. We can act on the notice once it gives us:
- a physical or electronic signature from the rights holder or from someone entitled to act on the holder's behalf;
- which protected work is concerned (if many works are affected, listing typical examples will do);
- the precise page address on masturbatetogether.online where the disputed item sits;
- an email address or another way for us to get back to you;
- a statement that you believe in good faith the disputed use lacks permission from the owner, from its agent or from the law;
- your assurance that the notice is accurate, together with a declaration under penalty of perjury that you are entitled to act for the owner.
A complete notice gets prompt attention: the item in question is taken off or blocked while we examine it. When a piece is missing, we reply and request it.
2. If your material was removed by mistake
Was something of yours taken down through error or misidentification? File a counter notice, again through the contact form. Put in your signature; what was removed and the page address it had; your belief, stated under penalty of perjury, that it vanished because of an error; your full name and home address; and your agreement to be bound by the jurisdiction of the federal court in the judicial district where that address is located. We forward a copy to whoever sent the first notice. Unless that person proves to us, inside 10 to 14 business days, that a court case has been opened, the item can go back online.
3. Material stored elsewhere
Profiles, rooms and live streams on the partner cam site, and on every other site we link to, sit on those companies' servers rather than ours. Takedown requests for them belong with the respective operator, who lists a DMCA contact of its own.
4. Reporting suspected child abuse
Content that may involve somebody under 18 is never a copyright matter. Report it without delay to the NCMEC CyberTipline (report.cybertip.org, phone 1-800-843-5678), then tell us as well, and every link pointing to it is pulled from masturbatetogether.online immediately.
